What To Bring To File


After our initial consultation, you will be requested to bring in all of the following information. We MUST have everything that we ask for, as we have to submit these documents to the Trustee. If you don't have all of the documents requested, it will be your responsibility to get it, and we will not be able to file your bankruptcy without the requested information.


Copy of Driver's License(s) Copy of Social Security Card(s)
First 2 pages of recorded Mortgage(s) Title of all vehicles with liens on them
Last 6 months of paycheck stubs Copy of any other income information
All bills/letters you are including Last 2 years of tax returns


Other Needed Information

Peter Riebschleger does his best to ask for documents all at once, but we may need other information not previously requested. It will be your responsibility to get this information to my office, either by mail, fax or dropping it off.
